Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Front-End Developer Intern to join our dynamic product development team. As a Front-End Developer Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced developers and designers to create engaging and user-friendly web applications. You will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of front-end solutions that enhance the overall user experience of our product.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to implement visual elements and user interactions for web applications.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share constructive feedback.
- Optimise web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of design systems and UI components.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in front-end development.
Key Requirements:
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- A portfolio showcasing any personal or academic front-end projects is advantageous.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
